Every AlliPop piece is custom-made just for you, one at a time, so we're not able to accept returns or exchanges. Hand-dyed colors and patterns always turn out a little different from previews and reference photos — that's part of the handmade magic.

If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please contact us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
